The African Journal of Economic Transformation and Development (AJETD) is published biannually, with two issues released each year. The journal publishes its issues in February and September.

Manuscripts are accepted throughout the year and are processed for publication according to the journal’s editorial and peer-review schedule. The journal may also publish special issues or supplements where appropriate, subject to editorial approval and established scholarly and ethical standards.
